This review focuses specifically on this unit, not the resort. **Positives:**- 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms provide ample space- Each bedroom features its own balcony with stunning views- Being an end unit on the top floor provided a quiet environment- The mattresses & washer/dryer appear brand new-unit was very clean**Note:**- furniture, decor, bathrooms, kitchen appear to not have been updated since the 1980s even though the unit was built in 2001-literally a dozen light switches in main area; they should be labeled **Negatives:**- there is one 3 cushion sofa and 1 chair in the living room which is insufficient seating for a condo for 12; it needs at least 2 sofas to enjoy the indoor space-The air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom and bathroom is insufficient, remaining warm despite maintenance intervention. This could be a significant issue during the summer months- The upstairs half shower curtain does not fully encircle the shower leading to a lack of privacy and a very slippery floor - The carpets and bedspreads throughout the unit are in poor condition and require replacement.- The garage disposal is inoperative, leaving behind unpleasant odors from old food (we did not use until the last night)- 1 bedroom's curtains are torn from the rod, and the living area curtains are held up by a precarious wooden stick- 1 barstool has a broken backThat being said, we knew much of this from reading other reviews and had a wonderful vacation.
