'A fantastic little getaway. Tara Cottage was a perfect space for a quick little overnight stay in Daylesford. The place was immaculate, all the amenities were provided from oversized towels to a coffee machine, lots of choices on the TV and a comfy, warm space. Check in was easy, Prue is a wonderful host and we felt very safe and comfortable at the cottage. We didn't bring our dog on this trip, but the food and water bowls (plus treats!) were a welcomed amenity had our pup joined us. Really...

'Perfectly private location. We made use of the wood fire which made the cottage lovely and warm.Opened the blinds in the morning to see wallabies around, birds chirping and the sun streaming through the windows. '

'Jane was an excellent host and communicator and happily accommodated a special request we had. Beds comfortable and clean. Ample towels, kitchen appliances and heating and cooling options. Gardens and outdoor area very private and pretty, perfect for relaxing. Proximity to town is great and easily walked. 'I needed a getaway from the city at short notice this last weekend - I was fortunate to receive a recommendation from a colleague suggesting Daylesford so I took a stab in the dark and landed on Rachael’s place. 'Novella and Bob were wonderful hosts and very thoughtful which helped us settle us very quickly. As this was winter time we appreciated the fire already alight and even the electric blanket was on. Little extras in the fridge for us to enjoy we appreciated. Bed we found very comfortable. We will not hesitate to tell others of this special place and we will go again.'
