'Superb staff and property '

'Beautiful hotel, super well organized. Perhaps a bit quiet for kids'

'We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.'

'This hotel is very clean with the nicest staff you'll ever meet. The chef Sheila is an amazing chef , food made with love. Eat in and you'll be happy. Very safe and secure location. Parking outside and in their parking garage with elevator access. I would give more stars if i could. I will always stay here. Thank you'

'Wir hatten einen schrecklichen Aufenthalt dort! Es war laut, an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. In den Nachbarzimmern/Flur wurde Gras geraucht. Leider hatten wir dieses Hotel anlässlich unseres Geburtstags gebucht…aber es war die schlimmste Unterkunft auf unserer Rundreise. Wir hatten bereits im Vorfeld angegeben, dass es sich um eine spezielle Reise handelt und um ein schönes, ruhiges Zimmer gebeten. Unsere Anfrage wurde weder vorher beantwortet noch hat es das Personal beim Einchecken...

If you notice on the motel pictures and description, the bathroom is omitted. It is barely functional and in some cases, not functional. 'Great place to stay and the area around the hotel was awesome. Everything was walkable. '

'Our biggest complaint is that the TV in the room didn't work. It wasn't just our room, it was the whole property. The first day we arrived and it wasn't working, the staff said they were working on getting it fixed. The next day we saw a Xfinity truck so we had hope it was going to be fixed, but no. Xfinity said nothing was wrong on their end. The message on the screen said the device was not activated. We stayed FIVE nights and it was not fixed when we left. Of course we weren't there to watch...

'No one cleaned room. There was a dripping sound coming from the bathroom ceiling a good part of stay. Needed to close bathroom door not to hear it. Reported it to staff. No safe in room. 5 hangers in closet. Had to request more. Shower floor slippery. Breakfast was very nice. '

'It was clean. But it’s certainly a worn down property. Bed and pillows were so very uncomfortable. And it’s very dark in the rooms. Very little lighting. It was convenient it terms of location. A 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurant. If you want a good breakfast try The Window. Super yummy. '

'Hotel nice actually, better than the Savannah Hyatt. Room was modern and bed comfy. Staff friendly. There is a washer and dryer for guest use and its convenient when it works. Continental breakfast and coffee good. Coligny beach park only 6 min drive. Pretty much close to everything. I dont know about the smell some people mention but my room was fine. Would stay here again. '

'Comfortable beds with beautiful view. Somewhat basic, no bathmats, one towel per person, kitchen table dirty No oven mitts, kitchen towels or way to clean pots and pans. Make sure you bring your own. Out of date tvs and love seat cushions coming apart A/c worked great its a good unit for larger groups. deck seats comfortable.'
