Leider hatten wir dieses Hotel anlässlich unseres Geburtstags gebucht…aber es war die schlimmste Unterkunft auf unserer Rundreise. Wir hatten bereits im Vorfeld angegeben, dass es sich um eine spezielle Reise handelt und um ein schönes, ruhiges Zimmer gebeten. Unsere Anfrage wurde weder vorher beantwortet noch hat es das Personal beim Einchecken...

'Royal Palms is nicely located, went for mini reunion with Navy vets and wives. 1st the good…. Staff was great (Becky) very helpful. Best thing about the room… the bed, very comfortable. The bad…. If you notice on the motel pictures and description, the bathroom is omitted. It is barely functional and in some cases, not functional. The sink is tiny with a faucet that is too big to allow use when shaving or brushing teeth. The shower is roomy and very functional. In the one bed rooms,...

'We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.'

'Our biggest complaint is that the TV in the room didn't work. It wasn't just our room, it was the whole property. The first day we arrived and it wasn't working, the staff said they were working on getting it fixed. The next day we saw a Xfinity truck so we had hope it was going to be fixed, but no. Xfinity said nothing was wrong on their end. The message on the screen said the device was not activated. We stayed FIVE nights and it was not fixed when we left. Of course we weren't there to watch...

'This hotel is very clean with the nicest staff you'll ever meet. The chef Sheila is an amazing chef , food made with love. Eat in and you'll be happy. Very safe and secure location. Parking outside and in their parking garage with elevator access. I would give more stars if i could. I will always stay here. Thank you'

'De kamers zijn allemaal anders.en standaar dus niks mee. Personeel is aardig alleen in de avond niet meer aanwezig en dan gaat het mis. Er is niemand om de hard praten dronkenlui te corrigeren. Jammer maar helaas'

'Comfortable beds with beautiful view. Somewhat basic, no bathmats, one towel per person, kitchen table dirty No oven mitts, kitchen towels or way to clean pots and pans. Make sure you bring your own. Out of date tvs and love seat cushions coming apart A/c worked great its a good unit for larger groups. deck seats comfortable.'
