Filthy, the carpet was broken,
The first room had the disposal not working and had food in it and the TV changer was not working.
The second room had the A/C broken and the compressor was not working.
Then we moved to a third room where
the dishwasher was liking badly on the floor of the kitchen and the carpet was filthy and broke like I show in the pictures .
I donât recommend it.
The room itself is as pictured. Walls are thin, heard the people next to us. The blanket was disgusting. Maintenance had to come into our room in the middle of the day with a loud machine to fix a leak, did something to make the A/C click all night. Was hard
To sleep. Checked out a day early. Informed the manager of the issues and said he would adjust my rate paid. Itâs been 2 days and have not received any refund. Pictured is the blanket they had on the bed.
Staffs at frontdesk are pretty helpful; breakfast options are rich; utensils and cookwares in room are not well cleaned and the pot in my stay doesn't have a compatible lid and has condiment in it. Overall, with the price it charges, 8 out of 10.
We enjoyed the whole set up of Property. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Front desk clerk Mia was the Best!! Her Customer Service was Top Notch!! Give her a Raise!!
I'll start by saying my wife and I worked for Hyatt for years and always try to stay at Hyatt when traveling. The pool area was nice and used by many but that's about the only good thing i can say here. No elevators to get to 2nd floor. If there was no one explained where they were. When getting to room we were told to go up the stairs and through this corridor that half the lights weren't working (very eerie). In the room the A/C did not work, Transition piece from carpet to hardwood kitchen was missing showing exposing the baseboard, Sliding glass door to shower off track and nearly impossible to open/close, stains all over carpet, outdated TV's which meant no streaming services. No iron board, no extra pillows or blankets, Alarm clock reflected wrong time and had a power supply issue. The building we were in looks like it recently went through some remodeling but they hired the cheapest crew to do the work. Bed was comfy, Clean sheets but we checked out after one night. We had talked to some helpful customer service oriented associates and some unhelpful associates who seemed more interested in getting back to their cell phone. When pregnant wife was expressing her concerns the next morning no one offered to help her move anything.
