The main level has a king master suite, a half bath close to the kitchen, and a large living room area with a wood burning fireplace for cozy nights. Just beyond the living space is a breathtaking veranda looking out over the water with a bed swing and rocking chairs to sip margaritas on. If you're craving a cheeseburger in paradise, the veranda also has a grill with a dining area and stone fireplace for extra outdoor ambiance. With so many Lake Martin hot spots close by, bringing your boat to Changes in Latitude should be a no-brainer! Just tie up your boat on the private boat dock when you're done with your day on the water. No boat, no problem! There is a paddle board, a water trampoline, and some fishing poles to enjoy during your stay.

The top floor of this home has 3 bedrooms with queen size beds in each, 2 bathrooms, AND a loft bunk room with 4 bunks. And get this - each bunk is equipped with its own TV! PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Lake Martin Vibe Realty is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.
