'Das gesamte Hotel war sehr modern eingerichtet und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Wir haben zudem ein kostenloses Upgrade des Zimmers bekommen und ein wirklich top modernes sauberes und gut eingerichtetes Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick bekommen. Der Spa Bereich ist auch sehr schön, es gibt ein Salzwasser Schwimmbecken und diverse Saunen. Ansonsten ist das Hotelpersonal durchweg sehr nett und zuvorkommend gewesen. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war das Frühstück. Es war zwar abwechslungsreich, aber...

'Un accueil souriant et professionnel ! Un grand merci à la demoiselle de l'accueil qui s'est mise en 4 pour satisfaire les demandes de notre petit groupe ! L'établissement est situé à deux pas de (belles) plages, et à deux pas des commerces de Lopar : tout peut se faire à pieds ! Demie pension : la restauration est satisfaisante. Ne pas regrouper les différents plats (et les boissons) au même endroit pourrait améliorer l'attente (parfois interminable) dans les files que cela génère...'

'Room was ok, I thought I reserved a full size bed but I found two singles. No big deal though. The carpet in the room was well worn out. Probably good time to replace it. The staff though was great, especially Igor, very nice person and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the parking was tight, very tight. I did not expect a 5 star resort when I booked, so overall 4 stars are appropriate. The best part of all was the location. Fantastic.'

'New, clean property and rooms were clean. The rooms are incredibly small like NYC small. What makes up for the small room was the staff. Mary was exceptional, friendly, helpful and delightful! Erin was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious!!!'

'I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel.'
