« The staff were not the most helpful. We were attending the wedding of my brother in law and wanted early access to our room to get ready. They said they would 'try'. It was 1.55pm when we were given access - the checkout time was 11.00am and the wedding was due to start at 3.15pm. They should have prioritised our room but I felt they were just being awkward.
