« This is the first time we’ve been unhappy at a Hampton Inn. It appeared the floors had not been vacuumed! We collected what I think was cat hair on the bottom of our shoes!! Then the bathroom floor was still wet, so I wiped it with toilet paper. The paper was not only very dirty, but full of A LOT of hair. It was extremely gross!! »

« The front desk staff was friendly and on top of any problem you have. The room wasn't clean, before I went to take a shower I grabbed a towel, it was damp and had pubic hair on it. Used tissues wedged between the bed and the nightstand, bedding was dirty and had hair that wasn't mine in it. The floor was sticky like it hadn't been washed in a while, pink stuff on ceiling. Housekeeping shouted at you in the hall while leaving the room to see if your checking out. Walls in the room were damaged. »

« Everything was fine except room temperature control. Kept going on and off even when I shut unit off 1st night Second night was fine with unit turned off. Was impossible to control temp. »

« The layout of the rooms was great and very appealing for a family. Biggest drawback since the shower is glass it would be great if it was opac or had a film on door so you can shower more Privately »

« We loved our stay here! The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast had lots of options and they had little gift bags for the kids during our stay. We don't have kids but it looked like they were enjoying the treats! The room was super clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again! »

« We came into town for a girl's weekend and are so glad we stayed at the Drury Inn & Suites on Metcalf in Overland Park. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go, plus there were plenty of choices for coffee, food, and shopping right near the hotel. The rooms were super clean, and the beds were amazingly comfortable, which made relaxing and sleeping so nice.The breakfast and evening food were both delicious, with plenty to choose from, which saved us money and gave us more time to spend...

« Cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned prior to arrival. There was visible dust on the surfaces, and the bathroom lacked basic sanitation. Maintenance & Noise: The room suffered from poor soundproofing, making it difficult to sleep. I expected a much higher standard for the price paid. I recommend the management review their housekeeping and staff training protocols. I will not be returning to this property. »
