Visitors to the Verde Valley will appreciate this upscale home in Cottonwood. Conveniently located just minutes from Old Town and it's tasting rooms, new restaurants and all the charm of this quaint main road. This home offers all the comforts of home and then some. It's near golf, shopping, great bistros, fine dining, hiking, biking, and more.

This single-level, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has queen beds, jacuzzi tub (guest bath), master ensuite bathroom, attached two car garage, cathedral ceilings, all new appliances, gorgeous new granite countertops in kitchen, and large back patio making it ideal as an executive home, girls' getaway, or romantic retreat.

The back private patio is perfect for sipping wine with a friend or working on your laptop (free Wi-Fi!). Netflix and cable are also included in this great villa.

For those spending a winter in the area, this lock-and-leave home is a good place to use as a base for visiting Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon, Sedona/Oak Creek Canyon, Flagstaff and Prescott. Nearby freeways I-40, I-10, I-17 and SR 51 take you anywhere in no time!

We also think your pet should be able to travel with you(with a small fee per pet)!

Great Location!

Perfect place to stay to explore Arizona!! This comfortable town home is with an hour or so of Sedona, Historic Jerome, Flgstaff and just a bit further to Phoenix/Scottsdale…lots of fun shops, great restaurants, beautiful scenery and friendly people! Loved our stay here!

Neighborhood is just perfect. Very walkable area whether you are looking for a flat surface walk or a challenge. Super close to anything you need. Sedona and Jerome are both close. The house had everything we needed and we were there a month. Would definitely stay again. Was sad to leave!

Comfortable with Great Location

We enjoyed our month stay at this home and appreciated the extra touches like fresh baked cookies and wine waiting for us upon arrival. Great neighborhood for walking and neighbors were quiet and friendly. Furniture and beds were comfortable and kitchen was well appointed for a long term stay. Property manager, Michael, was a joy to work with. Thanks for a lovely stay and we will return.

Great place to stay in Verde Valley!!

This was a very comfortable and well located place to stay. We stayed for a month and have nothing but good things to say about the property. Very nice living room with great furniture, super well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and very fast internet (300 mbps). The location is also excellent. It's a very quiet street and the neighbours are very nice. We shopped for food at Safeway across the street and Mount Hope Foods which is also very close by. There is also a nice Snap Fitness within walking distance. We did a lot of hikes in the Sedona area, which is only about 25 minutes drive. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

The Little Things & The Big Things

We enjoyed the little things. The homemade cookies upon arrival, the higher quality Charmin toilet paper, the nice quality paper towels & Kleenex boxes, the clean & plentiful pots, pans & kitchen utensils. We enjoyed the big things. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The house was clean and homey. The easy communication with Brooke was outstanding. We were impressed by the biggest thing. Let me explain. When we checked in on Sunday evening none of us were able to sign onto the internet and we had difficulty operating the 3 TV's.. The following morning at 8:00 we called the property manager. By 9:00 she had arrived. By 9:30 she had the internet working and our TV's working. That level of responsiveness and service was the biggest thing. Kudos to Brooke. Kudos to her property manager. Great problem solving. Great service. When we return to Cottonwood to do our next Water to Wine Kayak trip we will try to stay there again.

Lovely home

We needed a place to stay for three months as our house was being renovated. This was a great find! This home is in a quiet cul de sac with very nice neighbors. The house itself was extremely clean and very cozy. Both the booking agent and property manager were highly responsive, courteous and kind. We stayed in three homes during this renovation project and by far this was our favorite! Highly recommend for short or long term stay!!!

We very much appreciated the condo on Rainbow Trail. Clean and comfortable with many amenities- k-cups, laundry detergent, a full kitchen of decent cookware and dishes - this home offered a great location in a charming town. Only suggestion for improvement would be a king bed over the queen size in the master bedroom

We loved staying in this cute home in Cottonwood. It is very nicely kept up, very cozy and most importantly to us -- very clean. The owners are wonderful and greeted us with some home baked cookies upon our arrival. The neighborhood is really quiet and peaceful. Cottonwood is about 15 minutes from Sedona. We loved the location. Cottonwood itself has some great places to visit and restaurants to eat at not to mention the small towns within minutes of it. We even saw a western movie being filmed nearby! We would be happy to stay here again and definitely recommend!

Lovely home and hosts!

We had a wonderful stay in this home. It had everything we needed! We were welcomed with fresh cookies and wine, what a treat! The location of the house worked well as it was close to many attractions/towns. Old town Cottonwood was close with great restaurants and shops. The people we contacted during our stay were very helpful and gracious. You will not be disappointed!

Great Vacation Home

We loved the home in Cottonwood for our vacation to Arizona. It was very comfortable and was well equipped with everything we needed for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay during the week of Christmas. We appreciated the extra touches with a small Christmas tree and wine & cookies when we arrived. It was very convenient location to Sedona, Jerome, Clarkdale, and a day trip to the Grand Canyon. We will be back soon and stay again in this lovely home.

We had a great mini vacation. The home was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Its location is perfect to explore the surrounding area. Everything we wanted to do was at the most 15 minutes away. We would love to stay here again for our next Cottonwood trip.

Perfect home away from home!

Great little house in a perfect location! My sister and I were staying in the Cottonwood/Sedona area for nine days and wanted the comfort of a house instead of a hotel. This place was perfect! We were greeted with cookies and specially made gluten-free brownies for my sister as well as wine! So appreciated after a long travel day. There are two spacious bedrooms and two baths so we each had our own space. The galley kitchen was well stocked and made it so easy to prepare most of our meals at home. And after a long day of exploring and hiking, it was great to relax in the living room, watch a movie or just hang out. We loved the village of Cottonwood and were only 20 minutes out of Sedona. We went to Jerome and Prescott as well as all the way to Flagstaff. Everything was easy to reach and we didn't have the traffic and crowds of Sedona. My only suggestion would be to bring your own pillows. Other than that everything was wonderful!

"Home Away" from home.

Upon arrival at the house, after travelling all day, we walked in to a platter of fresh baked cookies and a bottle of wine. That was so welcoming and we settled right in. We were in a quiet residential area. A quick trip in the car and we could be in several different towns and venues. For that week, it was like coming home each time we returned after a long day. So very different than staying in a hotel room. Will definitely do it again.

PERFECT LOCATION

The house was very comfortable, a great location, we had everything we needed, and the owners were easy to work with. Sedona in one direction, Jerome the other, and to have Cottonwood in the midddle made it very easy to get around. The time went to fast and we had to get home. We will be back!!

Amazing House & Host!!

We decided on this house for our girl’s get away trip!! The house was so clean and comfortable it was hard to get motivated in the morning! The location was perfect and near various towns!! We spent our time sight-seeing: Sedona, Jerome, Phoenix! The hosts were absolutely amazing! Welcoming us to their home and giving a tour. Even going as far to make fresh cookies!! WOW! Very helpful, and giving us the space and privacy we needed! We would love to come back to this house for our next visit!!
