Great rental convenient to TTU!

This townhome was a great rental for our family during son’s orientation at TTU. The rental itself was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 5. The rental is convenient to everything in Cookeville and Tennessee Tech. There is also a great pool area if you want to stay at the townhome all day. We hope to stay here again when we visit our son while he is in college.

Hood family reunion

Our annual family reunion was held in Wilder this year, so we chose to stay in Cookeville. The house is beautiful, clean, easy to access, & close to everything. The pool/fire pit/cornhole/entertaining area was AWESOME! We would definitely stay again! We didn’t need to communicate w/ anyone but had to give a review, so I said ⭐️⭐️⭐️ on that question… we did miss having a toaster 🤷‍♀️

We loved staying at this house! It was the perfect size for our girls night with the bride! Plenty of space, super clean, nice kitchen, living room and extra hang out room upstairs, and the beds were super comfy, too! The outside pool was very nice and clean as well! To be honest place was clean.and community was nice. I reached out to pm a week ahead to request check into property . With zero response until day of.( seemed planned). So wasn’t thrilled with that. But we left after one night. No fans in bedroom and no tvs in bedroom I just wish those things were on listing. Stayed in a hotel the second night .

Our family came into town to visit our older son and this VRBO was fabulous! All of the furniture we used was comfortable, and the place was very clean. We loved the location as we were so close to the historic downtown (must visit), local restaurants, and Courthouse Square. We also had extremely easy access to the highways as we ventured out to Nashville and Chattanooga as well!
