'Looks nice in the pictures, but furniture is all for show! The neighborhood was sketchy, there was a lot missing, the cleaning crew missed so many things. 'Needs some care outside the front and back of house. We purchased a curtain for the backdoor and left it there. On arrival, the smoke detector had been taken down and thrown outside of the house There were 2 dirty pans in oven These things were annoying . Otherwise the house was an OK place to stay.'

'Pros: The host, Kimone, was excellent with communication. She called right back when I tried to call her for additional information. Free WiFi. The condo was very clean. The decor was cute. The bed was huge, plenty of room to move. The location was 15 or so minutes away from Buckhead and 30 minutes away from Duluth. It's a quiet, safe neighborhood. 'The place had not received a proper cleaning prior to our arrival. It was below the standard we expect. The manager tried to resolve the issues but we won't be renting here again.'

'The hosts were excellent. Very helpful and responsive. The building itself is super run down and a little sketchy. Our apartment was okay. The beds were comfortable and the temperature was good. We never could get The living room TV to work though, and the whole apartment could use a refresh - a little paint, repairing holes in the wall, that sort of thing.'
