« The Bed sucked Lumpy »

« When we arrived late afternoon there was a note attached to the front door directing us to our room and that they were busy with another client, but did supply a number to call. Our room door was wide open with the keys laying on a table. We did try to call to ask about the wifi and breakfast. We received a text, 3 hours later, with the wifi info and that we were not getting breakfast or coffee as it was not included. I understand about breakfast, but no coffee? « Staff was very helpful. Everything was fine. »

« Upon arrival at the property it took about 10 mins or more for us to be greeted at the front desk. Then, we were initially given a room that had not been cleaned whatsoever. « no ice machines worked....vending machines ( drinks) didn't work »

« Hotel vraiment bas de gamme. Propreté laisse à desirer. Déjeuner très très limité et à vrai dire presque rien. Je n'y retournerai pas et je ne recommande pas non plus. »

« The hotel is located near the Civic Center so I found it to be convenient. The property has been recently renovated and was in great shape. The kitchenette was well stocked. I slept well on the comfy bed and pillows. I was able to keep the room cool for sleeping. My only complain is that there was a hair woven into the loops of one of the hand towels. Gross. Everything else was fine. »
