« Location is close enough to be able to drive to downtown Chattanooga within just a few minutes, but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with as much noise or parking nightmare. As a family of seven, getting accommodations at a hotel is usually a logistical and financial nightmare. This place was perfect for us! House had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Owner was quick to respond to questions and communicated very well. Highly recommended »

« Amazing property! If you are looking for a river house search no more. This house is on a stretch of the Tennessee river that is unmatched. Nestled in between two large foothills and is glass smooth most of the time. The house itself is wonderful. The owners actually live right next door and are very responsive to anything we needed. « This place is great, and had everything we needed! Would 100% stay here again. A few minor suggestions:-would be helpful to have more than one key;-the master mattress is pretty hard. Could use a new one or a padded topper;-could use more substantial duvets/ blankets on the two downstairs beds.Again, these items are minor things merely meant to be constructive. This is a great place to stay, and we hope to be back! »

« This beautiful Lake House provided space for toddlers to play & adults to relax. We all enjoyed the big bench swing, yard, lake front & fire pit. Some enjoyed the hot tub. All had fun gatheri g on the upper deck screened porch & hammock on the outside deck. Grill worked great for summertime dinners. We used the bar space on the ground floor to set up our lemonade & ice tea bar. 2 fridges came in handy for a group our size.
