Although the description told us that there is room for four persons, actually there is room for only two persons. There is only one bed for two, and there is one couch for one person. The fourth person has to sleep is on a airbed (which you have to bring on your own!). Moreover, there was no WIFI / Wlan as described. Therefor the house did not meet our expectations. 'Ho soggiornato solo sei ore su sette giorni prenotati perché ho avuto un problema grave di salute e non mi è stato rimborsato un centesimo su un importo enorme versato. 'We enjoyed a six night family and friends vacation. We especially enjoyed Francesco’s gracious hospitality and sparkling personality. Francesco showed us around Lake Como on his boat, and was very helpful in making other reservations and arrangements. The property was spectacular with an expensive lake front. "It is all a little bit old but still very nice. Nice wellness with swimmingpool and big jacuzzi . A lot off sport facillity,s great fittness room with group sports also in the swimmingpool. Restaurant is very nice with good service and fine dinning. Bistro is also very good with good food and drinks. In 10 minutes walking you are at the trainstation.en with the small train in 5 minutes in the centro lugano.with shopping and a lot of restaurants and cafe,s and bars. From the terras and infinity pool there is a great view around. Whe will come back soon again Short tip.maybe put some soundkillers under the chairs and furneture because of the wooden floors.you hear every chair movemend "
