« Joannie, our host, is the sweetest and most considerate person you could ever hope to meet. My sisters and I stayed in this home while visiting our sister who lives in Texas, who has had cancer. We had not seen each other since 2016, so it was a long overdue reunion. « Our stay was very very pleasant the property owner was very responsive if issues arose which they didnt. It is a beautiful relaxing location especially by the pond. They really paid attention to every detail to make your stay enjoyable. The only thing I would suggest bringing is ice, as the freezer does not make any and the cube tray was missing »

« We enjoyed our trip to this tranquil lake for a New Year getaway. The property is a great location in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. We enjoyed fishing, campfires and playing ping pong. The views of the sunset are spectacular.We also found a great lakeside restaurant and enjoyed walks at Lake Livingston State Park. So much to do outdoors The kitchen was abundant stocked with everything you need to do some serious cooking should you choose. Missing everyday spices and cooking oils however....

Beds were comfy, neighborhood was quiet and safe, big dining table for games and puzzles, even a grassy back yard for our very well mannered dog. About 15 minutes from the Woodlands. We didnt realky cook here but kitchen was equipped for cooking. Enjoyed our stay and the host was very easy to communicate with. »
