Impressive Oceanfront Townhouse Complex in Cocoa Beach

Our amazing, stand alone Townhouse offers more privacy than you will find elsewhere.

The Townhouse features TWO master bedrooms, which is great if are traveling with other couples, co-workers, or friends!

The Townhouse is OCEAN VIEW (not oceanfront) but still offers breath taking ocean views and direct access to the beach by our private beach walkway.

Our double master Townhouse has 4 bedrooms with 3 baths and its own private balcony overlooking the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy sunrises over the warm waters while sipping coffee or tea and chatting with friends. What a great way to truely enjoy a vacation!

Great place to stay for birthday celebration! We had rented this a few years ago for Sons wedding so we knew we wanted to stay again. Great location, wish it was ocean front but still an ocean view. Elevator is certainly a great plus for getting in with the 2 car garage. Didn’t use the pool this time but always want one available!

Pre-Volleyball Nationls Stay

Our group of 9 (5 adults and 4 teens) had a wonderful stay at this property. The space was perfect for us—comfortable, clean, and close to the beach. The pool is very small, but it was just fine for our group. We also loved how many shops and places to eat were within walking distance—Fat Donkey Ice Cream was amazing! The property manager was fantastic: very attentive and quick to respond whenever we had questions. We’d definitely stay here again!

Interior was elegant - grandkids wanted to stay there. So many amenities that also included beach toys and a ski board. Ample storage and glasses, cups, etc. in the kitchen. Washer/dryer were a big plus for all these people - more time at the beach although the journey there was challenging. Master Bedroom - what view and a jacuzzi tub! Elevator with our own garage. Definite go to again.

Moms and Boys for Spring Break

This was the perfect space for 4 highschool boys and a couple parents. The garage with private elevator made moving in a breeze and the secure space was great for the car and personal items. The house came well stocked with all the expected items and plenty of gear for the beach. The heated pool, while small, was a great retreat on chilly evenings. Communication was great throughout our visit and incredibly convenient to all the tourists spots around the pier.

Fantastic Location

Cannot beat the location, walking distance to anything and everything! Communication was great was able to also check in early, which was greatly appreciated since it was Christmas. Downfall, pool picture deceiving the pool is very small. If you are not an ocean person you will be disappointed by the pool. Smoke detectors went off in the bedrooms two nights out of three nights, which was very inconvenient with cathedral ceilings. Additionally ,a lot of outlets in the kitchen did not work however we made it work by moving the coffee pot and toaster.

Impressive stay Cocoa Beach

I go barefoot constantly and my feet were black the first day. The microwave was broke but they had a counter microwave. Maintenance called to let us know the dishwasher was broke. And, we used the washer and it coded F3 and E1. No dish towels foans it coded F3 an1 and E3 constantly.

Had hiccup with my entry code call realtors office no response I got assistance from VRBO. Realtor never gave me a follow up call?? I left the unit cleaner than when we arrived. Fortunately the beach made up for it all my grands enjoyed it and the kitchen came more Equipped than expected.

Large condo with beach access

We stayed at the condo during hurricane Martin, a category one hurricane when it reached Cocoa beach. The maintenance staff was great. They moved the patio furniture inside and answered all our questions. The power stayed on.

Best beach location in Cocoa Beach for large groups

Loved the property. After a few minor repairs, we were up to speed. We had three families together for a wonderful beach week including 4 kiddos! Host was so present and ready to lend any assistance. This is GEM! We will plan to return ASAP!

Weekend getaway

We had a great stay and the location was perfect. The condo was very clean and had plenty of space for us to all spread out. Had a nice view from the porch. Even though it wasn't ocean front it was still on the beach we still had a nice view. Beach chairs and beach toys for the kids was nice also. Would definitely stay there again.
