« Our stay in Fruita was a joy. We arrived to find a spacious, well-maintained, sparkling clean property with all the amenities. We were especially pleased with the well-equipped kitchen -- so well-equipped that we were able to host an impromptu dinner party for some friends who coincidentally happened to be staying in Grand Junction.Our young Lab was at first nonplussed by the xeriscape yard, but was ecstatic to learn that there were nearby plots of grass maintained by the HOA.
