'Nice new hotel'

'It was great for us to have the option of a two bedroom suite. Fair price. Very peaceful location--slept well. But you do have to drive into town for everything as there is nothing else in the area.'

'I’ve been in my share of Holiday Inn Express’, but this one in on the bottom of my list. Very indifferent staff (by arrival and check-out). I booked a king and got 2 queens.. further, walls are thin, you can hear conversations in the room next door. Neighbourhood is sketchy. Room was clean, i have to say. '

'Checked in and went to our room and there was a smell and looked in the fridge and found leftovers from the previous guests. They came to empty fridge but never cleaned inside after asking multiple times. Then the following day asked for wash clothes and towels over 5 times and never received them. We had to wash with our hands and showered with sandals on how nasty the tub was. '

'The staff was very friendly. I forgot an item that I left in my room. The staff member that answered the phone gladly went to the room (the top floor) and recovered it for me so I could pick it up when returning home. '

'Our experience at this Hilton Inn was fabulous!! Brittany at the front was smiling, friendly and she was expecting us! She made us feel very welcome! Our rooms were clean and completely stocked! (And yes, I always checked the sheets!) It smelled nice and clean, not stuffy and stale! All staff smiled, and asked if everything was ok! They have very good coffees and hot water ready anytime you need it in the dining room! That was very much appreciated, as a couple of us are night owls. The...

'Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot breakfest was fine. Room fixtures in the bathroom (TP holder and cloths holder on the door) came off. One bug in the bathroom. Noise outside during the night like construction. '

'Everything was good with this hotel except the noise from the highway. Our room was in the back of the hotel and within 50 feet of the interstate and trucks made so much noise braking to go around the curve. Difficult to sleep. '

Mare, the hotel director, went above and beyond by offering encouraging words and genuine support when I shared that I was staying there due to my mother being in the hospital.
