'The property was well maintained but our room was never cleaned.Left at 9am and returned at 9pm and nothing was done. They claimed they had problems but we paid $200 a night and they didn't even replace the towels. The price should really be reduced for our inconvenience.I had to ask for fresh towels and I did get that.'

Their word and your money mean nothing to them! My stay was prepaid! They gave my room away to another patron due to “technical difficulties” in the other patrons room who happened to be a Hilton member and they said they have a right to prioritize Hilton members over paid patrons rooms!!!! 'This is a nice B&B on a winery property. It's a quiet place to spend the night but close enough to Leesburg and Purcellville. Breakfast is made to order each day. There are apples, bananas, coffee and cookies available through the day. Guests have access to spaces inside and out. I stayed for a week then booked another week. There were deer on the property 3 nights that I saw.'

'We had a wonderful stay! The innkeepers were so friendly and helpful. It was fun to learn the history of the house, especially since the were so into the history. Donnie is an excellent chef and made a wonderful breakfast for us. We were only there for one night since we were visiting our son and he only had one day off. We would definitely recommend as a place to stay for one night, or much longer. Charles Town was a cool place to visit and there are several towns around with fun downtown...

'Where to start? With the welcome packet hanging on the door. My husband and I approached the Inn on the afternoon of May 31, 2026. On the door, we found a welcome packet with a page inside directed to "Expedia Guest." A copy of this is attached. In the attached note, Mark introduced himself and then started complaining about Expedia. In the fourth paragraph of the note, he days the commission Expedia takes "makes it tough for small inns like ours." In the fifth paragraph, I kid you not,...
