Villa The cliff is located in Cala en Brut, a residential area on the north-western coast of Menorca with a stunning view of the turquoise sea surrounded by rocks, with a private direct access to the water just inf front of the property, it can accommodate up 8 guests.
The well maintained grass garden hosts the beautiful swimming pool 15x6 meters, a terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas, for relaxing moments in the sunny days.
Directly connected with the outdoor spaces the covered loggia with table and chairs, for al fresco dinners, and sofas for a chat or an aperitif admiring the sunsets with friends or the family.
Villa The Cliff is developed on three floor, on ground floor we find a spacious and well decorated with contemporary furniture, living room, with a lot of natural light coming from the glass windows, cozy sofas, a dining area with table and chairs connected with the modern open kitchen equipped with high chairs, blender, dish washer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso coffè machine, all the necessary for special meals all together.
At this floor the 4 bedrooms, one with super king size bed, en suite bathroom with bathtub and direct access to the garden, one with two twins bed, en suite bathroom, the other two bedroom have 2 twin beds and share the bathroom with bathtub.

Moving upstairs a dining area with a beautiful panoramic terrace where to admire the Mediterranena sea.
On the lower floor a bathroom and the garage, the guests will appreciate the wi fi connection, an outside shower and the washing machine.

This property offer an exclusive pedestrian access to many restaurants, bars at the Los Delifnes resort and the small beaches of Cala en Forcat and Cales Piques, less then 10 minutes drive the old charming capital of Ciutadella. In 25 minutes of car we reach the beautiful beaches of Algaiar and Cala Turqueta.

Rental rules
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
No safety fence around the pool
Pool has no swimming guard
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
