Overall I Really Enjoyed My Stay. My check in process did cause some irritation. My reservation was not set up properly & I was assigned the wrong type of room. However, the STAFF was my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE. Everyone was so welcoming & willing to help. The hotel is beautiful. I picked the hotel due to the artsy look of it. In person, it was even better. I love all the art work throughout the hotel.
I appreciate the fact that they have transportation available if you are going within a certain distance & the gentleman that drove us was so sweet.
One of my favorite parts was also that across the street is an eatery that has a nice variety of options..They also had live entertainment this weekend.
I would absolutely stay at this hotel again. If I had to give any type of feedback, it would be that with all the space that is available, they should consider adding a pool. I would also suggest to consider adding a small laundry facility for the guest. I also LOVE the designated scent for this hotel. I am really big on how a hotel smells. The Summit picked the perfect scent.
I'm happy I picked this place to spend my birthday weekend.
This was a great experience! very nice property with a lot of open space. The market across the street has great food and drinks. Can't wait to visit again!
Really nice, new, artsy hotel. Stayed here with family on a short trip to see the Cincincinatti Zoo. Staff was nice, rooms were very clean, parking was free, and thereâs a food hall right next door with great dining options. I was surprised at how few guests were there. So, if youâre looking to book a big function, Iâd bet theyâd be able to accommodate. Seems like it would be a cool place for a wedding reception.
We love the hotel have stayed there many times. Unfortunately we were in a handicapped room and the bathroom was lacking a vanity only a stand alone sink. Made the stay a little testy.
Went a few hours in the first room with no air conditioning, maintenance got it turned on but it never started cooling. Eventually moved us to another room, thankfully the AC was working there. Lots of kids running around and yelling at all hours of the night. The restaurant was decent but nothing notable. I was looking forward to carrot cake and it was unavailable at 8:00pm on a Saturday, I could see being out of it was late at night but if you have 2 dessert options I would think youâd plan to have enough to get you through a Saturday dinner service. 4.5/10 experience I will not make plans to return.
The room is spacious and covered parki g is great. My bathtubâs drain was broken, and the shower made a high pitch scream the entire time. The coffee mate creamer in the room was spoiled and came out chunky. I was given a voucher for $22 on checkin. The front desk person said it would be used at the markets in the lobby. This did not include the restaurant actually called the Market Restaurant. I had to pay $6 for a large black coffee that was burnt, and tasted awful. The only place the voucher is good at is the convenience area where you can buy Tylenol. The woman at the front desk was unhelpful and curt.
Went for one night. I would stay again. Hotel was quiet. Room was a good size. Bed was comfortable. Only things I didnât like was the extremely low shower pressure in the shower head and the small bath towels. Did not use the restaurant to comment on that.
