'Hotel was clean but we were told it was a love hotel that also offered rooms by the hour. Found things in room we weren’t used to and although it was a clean room we felt we should have been told ahead of time.'

'While the hotel was clean the carpets on the floors especially 7 was horribly stained! And set a presents that the hotel was not clean . The room layout was good. Breakfast was very nice fresh and clean eating area .. the location was great!

'Beautiful stay, in a traditional looking Japanese hotel. All rooms seem to have Mt. Fuji views which. Was stunning. So does the Onsen. Reception area looks just renovated, very nicely done. Rooms in good condition too, same for spa area. Only area that still can be done is hallwaysz but then again who cares for these. The staff is super kind and helpful, one of the best places we have stayed during our trip!'

'Leuk hotel heerlijke onsen. '
