Hôtel près de Université chrétienne Petra (Surabaya)

« Everything was good. »

« I’m sorry I speak very little Bahasa. My stay at the Luminor was very good indeed. Thank you so much. »

« Perfect, nothing to complaint about »

« Expedia didn't help at all in the cancellation process / instead to acting in the moment decided to act 3 days after !!!!! worst service ever !!!!! »

« The staff were very friendly and helpful, their English was clear. The rooms were a bit tired, not unclean, just stained in the grout. The breakfast had a wide variety but the coffee was not good, there are so many good coffee places not far. The water was not sealed so we bought from the supermarket almost next door. »
