'I am just going to give this hotel an across the board score of terrible because they were unwilling to refund our money or give us a credit. The dates of our stay was just days after the unrest due to the killing of the drug cartel leader. The area was a level 3 travel advisory. Cruise ships made the decision not to stop in that port. Airlines were still flying and hotels were open but of course they were, they just want to make money. They don't care about the safety of their travelers. ...

'The best all inclusive we have ever stayed at. Spent a week in the south tower, explored every single restaurant, enjoyed the huge wine selection. We have been coming to all inclusive hotels all across Mexico, and this is our standard. Great staff, every meal delicious and every cocktail was great. Plenty of activities at the beach and great support. Was a trip to remember. ☺️'
