'I don know how this place has a 7/10 our stay was alright the bed was good and we were able to cook meals. But there was the most horrific smell coming from the bathroom, I asked if they could fix it and they said they would. But other than that I didn’t hear anything from them and the smell continued to exist. It was so bad. Like I can’t explain how bad it smelled. 'Excellent and equipment room especially for a family of 5. The gentleman at check-in was very informative and helped us with indulging us on the flavour of Salzburg. We also were set up in advance which was nice. The amenities in the room exceeded our expectations and we were pleasantly surprised with all that we received. The bidet. Towel warmer, radient floor heat and a stand-in shower was a great complement to the room. A definite recommend for this property especially if you take the train...
