The Space:

Our 1-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay. The living area features a cozy sofa and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals, which you can enjoy in the dedicated dining area.



The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a desk, providing a restful spot for sleep or work. The bathroom is modern and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Reliable WiFi is available throughout the apartment, keeping you connected for work or streaming.



Just steps from local restaurants and shops, the apartment is perfectly located for exploring the neighborhood or simply enjoying a cozy stay in comfort.



Guest Access:

The unit is on the 2nd floor and accessible only by stairs.



Please be aware that the availability of indoor cooling and warmth changes throughout the year. Our property provides air conditioning when the weather is warm and switches to heating when cooler conditions set in.



The Neighborhood:

Our apartment is situated in the relaxed and welcoming Belmont Cragin neighborhood, with plenty of local spots within easy reach.



Just a short 4-minute walk takes you to Olocuilta Pupuseria for a delicious meal, or head 15 minutes on foot to Chopin Park for some fresh air and outdoor time. A quick drive brings you to Hall Plaza for shopping, Belmont Center for restaurants and errands, and Kelvyn Park for more green space. For outdoor enthusiasts, The 606 trail is only 16 minutes away by car—ideal for cycling, jogging, or a scenic weekend stroll.



Getting Around:

Getting around the city is easy with public transportation nearby. The Belmont & Lockwood bus stop is just a 4-minute walk, Belmont & Long is about 7 minutes away, and Central & Wellington is roughly a 10-minute walk. For added flexibility, ride-share services are readily available, making it simple to explore the city at your own pace.

Pet-friendly with prior approval and pet fee. Cats only. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must comply with quiet hours, and are not permitted on furniture. The pet fee does not cover damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or excessive hair/odor removal.



After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details. Through that link, you’ll also have the option to add a $35 non-refundable Damage Waiver.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for certain accidental damage that may happen during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Coverage is limited to qualifying accidents and does not include intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, negligence, misuse, or house-rule violations.

If you decide not to add the waiver, any damage charges that apply during your stay will remain your responsibility.
