'Came with my husband and 2 children 4&5) and my inlaws. Husband and father inlaw played golf...they had a fantastic time. Mother in law and i took the children swimming and went to the park. Lots to do wven though the children were too young for the big activities. We couldn't eat at the main restaurant in the evening as there was no space for the 6 of us which was disappointing. I think guests at the hotel should have some sort of priority to dine first. We went to a local pub for our evening...

'Fantastic location and easy to find. Great service that allowed late check in via key lock. Comfortable room with lots of electricity plug in points for charging phones, computers etc which is a pleasing change. Lovely large shower with powerful rain hail. 'We had an excellent stay at The Seven. The property looked recently renovated, and there’s a lovely communal sitting area. The room was very big, great facilities and very comfortable. Staff were polite and friendly and it was a 5 min walk into the centre. Added bonus of limited parking at the rear. '

'Check in was easy on the app but we did struggle to get the key to work at first, when we arrived. A very friendly member of staff helped us out. The room was very comfortable, as was the bed. The shower was excellent. The extractor fan in the bathroom made a weird noise like a car alarm which went on for ages after you switched the light off, but it did stop eventually. 'We received a warm welcome upon arrival from Kenny and his staff, We had a day a Chester races planned and were struggling to get a taxi so Kenny stepped in to save the day and kindly took us in his car. The rooms were clean, tidy and had tea and coffee making facilities and The En Suite bathroom was well equipped and a decent size with plenty of room in the shower.The bed was very comfortable and there was no noise outside so a good nights sleep is assured. 'Definitely recommend Nice big room with view over canal. The only thing i would mention is the room was very warm. All staff very attentive. Also had a evening meal at the hotel and that was very good. Cooked breakfast good and there is a great choice for breakfast. Very clean hotel.'

'We had lovely stay. The staff at checkin were friendly amd helpful. Our room was tidy and the little extras like a small fridge, iron etc came in useful. We bought some time in the spa area which was very nice. The aroma room and open air spa pool were especially nice. The swimming pool is quite narrow so if you are intending to swim laps you might struggle when busy as it can only take two swimmers comfortably.
