Maison Indépendante sur Domaine Viticole

Located in Chaux (5km from the Nuits-St-Georges motorway exit), this cottage was created in 2023 in an old bread oven in the village.
The cottage is located in a young wine estate where you can taste the wines of the estate.

It has all the comforts for a family of 4 people and consists of:

*On the first floor:

- A living room equipped with a kitchen area with all the equipment
Household appliances (fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.)
- A bathroom / WC with walk-in shower, washer dryer


*Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa providing a quality daily bed for 2 people (140x200).
Air-conditioned bedroom.

Each level is equipped with a television.
Free Wi-Fi is available.

The cottage is located in a young family wine estate created in 2012, the Domaine des Loups, from family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. You can, by appointment, have the pleasure of tasting the wines of the estate, tasting paid at 10€ per person unless purchased. We do not provide tastings during the harvest period.

You will find a relaxation area on the property where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals.

Pets are welcome in the accommodation, extra charge of 10€ for the stay.
