'We enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment has historic charm, which I appreciate. Everything we needed was there, except for some sort of soap or body wash for the shower. Checking in and out could be inconvenient, as Claude needs to be present to deliver and receive keys back. That helped explaining how the outer door locks and unlocks and explaining where the parking spot is. The spot is a little distance away, but considering how hard it is to find an open spot in that area, I’m grateful...

This was our base to explore the Loire Valley and its Chateaux. 'Loved the town of Amboise and how convenient Jacky’s apartment was to everything. Two couples shared the well equipped place with plenty of room to stretch out. Appreciated having comfy beds and bathrooms with enough towels. A few stairs to get to up to the apartment but results in a good view of the river. Being at the hub to the bridge is convenient. Luckily traffic noise wasn’t a concern. Our friends in the front bedroom would have liked opaque or blackout shades to block morning light but...
