The great: Amazing location, walkable to plenty of restaurants and shops and literally across the street from Publix, which is huge for parents. Also a short walk to the waterfront and it's parks, which we loved. Plenty of space, multiple bathrooms, and the primary closet works great for a pack and play bedroom. There were tons of local magazines and everything was in working order.The good: It's your typical rental with a few little quirks. The bathroom sink faucets are backwards, the TVs are a bit slow, etc. Nothing major but I wouldn't feel comfortable giving this place a 10 out of 10. I would though, 1,000% recommend it as it's a great price for everything you get and the location is all you could ask for.
