Fun football weekend in C’Ville

The house and property was spectacular!! Loved the mix of furnishings and the bathrooms and kitchen were beautifully renovated. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer than a weekend!

Nothing to change

We had an amazing time staying at Cameron Cottage. Honestly, there would be no recommendations for me as everything was exactly as laid out in the listing. I even did my laundry, having to travel so far from Arizona for a long stay to visit my daughter at UVA. The kitchen was fully stocked all bedrooms and bathrooms stocked with super comfortable beds and great amenities. They even dropped me a fan off as I like my bedroom’s cold. Honestly we would stay here 10 times over. Location is perfect too! We LOVED Cameron Cottage!

Nicest and best decorated VRBO I can remember ever staying in. Quiet, secure neighborhood with easy access to all things Charlottesville. Hosts were super easy to communicate with. Enjoyed everything so much we stayed an extra day.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a great time staying here to celebrate the 4th of July. The house is in a great location in Charlottesville (close to campus, Farmington, vineyards, etc.). The fenced in backyard was also wonderful for our doodles. The kitchen is also fully stocked and has everything you’d need to cook a meal. We would definitely stay here again.

The Quintessential Virginia Cottage

Quaint and charming cottage in a great location! So welcoming, on a quiet street with beautiful gardens. We enjoyed coffee on the patio listening to the birds. A very short drive to Boar's Head and Farmington for wedding events. Convenient to grocery and Barracks Road shopping center. Walkable to UVA. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including beautiful fresh flowers.

Perfection!!

Our quick trip to Charlottesville was lovely - despite rain and cold, we were comfortable and cozy in this wonderful home! The house was impeccably clean, in a perfect location, and filled with great places to lounge with family. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to C-ville!!

Wonderful location

A great house very close to UVA and the corner. There is a lot of construction about to take place at the end of the street, but there is another way to go around. It would be great if they had a small amount of coffee and some basics like honey and olive oil, napkins. The house is a combination of old and new, clean and cheerful. The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and there is a bedroom on the first floor with a full bathroom. Perfect for a short or long stay. Your code will not work a minute after your checkout time, so don't be late! :)

Great house...perfect location

We lived/went to grad school in Charlottesville for ten years so we know our way around and are picky when we rent a home. The Cameron Cottage checks ALL the boxes and is great for a game, event or just to be where you want to be. Location is very walkable to UHall for bball games, Scott Stadium and def drivable to everywhere else on or off campus. The house is very attractive and well done...very welcoming with great amenities (kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of seating). Backyard is fenced and so wonderful...for both people and dogs. All three bedrooms are large and comfy w good mattresses/linens. Would be nice to have another full or half bath but the house is definitely a great stay. Only possible critique is the outside laundry room. Located outside of the kitchen, it's a 2 step down room w full size washer/dryer. Rain fell all night on our first night and some rain leaked through the door bottom and onto the tile steps into the laundry room. Little hazardous so an awning might be helpful to prevent that. Parking is great...easily fit 3 cars. Backyard is so private and lush. We enjoyed sitting outside w coffee while our dog wandered around and laid in the sun. My husband and sons went to the football game while I stayed at the house and watched on tv (and made dinner in the nicely equipped kitchen). BTW, loved the coffee grinder as I mistakenly brought a bag of beans from home and didn't bring any Keurig pods. That grinder saved our mornings! Overall, a fabulous stay!

Wonderful Stay

My Mom, Grandmother, and I loved our stay at Cameron Cottage. The house is beautiful inside and out. The beds are very comfortable and have nice linens and the kitchen is stocked with all of the basic things you need to make a meal. We were also so thrilled the cottage was dog friendly. Our Goldendoodle felt right at home with the spacious fenced in back yard and cute neighborhood to go on morning walks. The location is great. Close to campus, Boars Head Resort, and the surrounding vineyards. We will definitely rent this home again if it’s available on our next trip to Charlottesville!

Perfect Charlottesville Weekend

This house was great. My mom especially enjoyed the detail in the decorating. The place really is special and very comfortable. It's in a quiet neighborhood with a private backyard. We had a couple small issues during our stay that were taken care of immediately. I have rented plenty of houses and this was bar far the most responsive maintenance I have ever received. Emails were answered promptly and politely and everything was taken care of. You are walking distance to the Rotunda if you would choose to see that. It's very cool. And we were able to get in and around Charlottesville easily from this location. I would definitely stay again, if and when we were to head back to the area. Thanks for a great weekend get-away!

Incredible location

Wonderful cute cottage in a fantastic location - just 1/4 a mile from the UVA volleyball area and near everything on campus and around Cville. We were visiting parents who recently moved to assisted living, so this gave our family of six a wonderful place to stay, and am sure we’ll be back! Thank you!

My family and I stayed here so our children could attend camps at St Anne’s and UVA… the home is stunning - all the beds are really comfortable with clean/great sheets - and it is amazingly located for UVA… thank you for having us to stay
