« This was an excellent location to facilitate our 30th birthday celebration with friends. We were most appreciative of the host’s promptness in addressing a hiccup with the water supply that happened. This ended up having 0 impact on our event due to how quickly they responded and sent out a plumber. There was so much space and we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend! »

« Everything was perfect for a place to rest and relax after being in Charlottesville. The space was super clean, beautifully decorated and smelled great, the bed was very comfortable. Great shower, so many thoughtful touches and attention to detail. Excellent value and great communication with the host! »

« Wonderful property location and owners! We have stayed in a couple of their properties in C'ville and have always been delighted. There are so many things you can walk to from this location, you will feel like an insider.We will be buying a home here based on several stays with the property owners. »

« The property accurately matches the online description. The rooms were spacious and cozy and the location was perfect for getting downtown and around to different wineries. The living room is a bit sparse for comfortable seating and there is no communal TV. This was fine for us though as we didn’t spend much time at the house except to sleep (though some of the guys in our group would’ve appreciated it to catch some of the football games!). We had some initial bumps with the check in process and...

« The cabin was perfect for an overnight stay. It was so secluded and the woods were beautiful. We were able to walk to the winery/brewery down the road and spent a lovely night by the fire. We were comfortable sleeping in the cabin with the windows open. The farm was very cool although the llama (alpaca?) didn't seem to like me :) The owner was amazing and went above and beyond when we left something behind. Would definitely recommend as a unique overnight stay. »

"I would give a 5 if it wasn’t for the carpet in the room Don’t understand why still in 2025 they do room with carpet, as it is so disgusting since they cannot be washed between clients. What kind of thing is accumulated down there ! But for the rest, the rooms and everything is very well kept and clean The breakfast are decent Easy parking, and good choices of restaurants near by Not to far from the highway "
