Modern living in the heart of one of Charlotte’s most desirable and safe neighborhoods, Dilworth. Staying in Dilworth offers easy access to many bars, unique restaurants, local coffee shops, boutique filled shopping, and quick access to the city’s largest park, Freedom Park.

The Space:
As a guest of ours, you will have 24-hour access to a fully loaded fitness and conditioning center, a large salt-water swimming pool with sundeck, yoga room, a entertainment lounge, tech lounge with Mac stations and FREE barista coffee bar, rooftop terrace with fireplace, and sky lounge seating with skyline views.

Jacques’s place is located in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States.
The complex is just across the street from the Levine Cancer Institute, minutes from Trader Joes and Target, and Kenilworth Commons shopping area. During the day, enjoy awesome burgers at places Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar or the Food Network-famous chicken salad at The Mayobird. Experience a refined night out at cozy wine bars like Dilworth Tasting Room or Foxcroft Wine. Co. Getting around:
One of Charlotte’s most walkable neighborhoods with plenty of food, attractions, and entertainment to explore. Just a 5 minute drive to Uptown with plenty of ride sharing options like Uber readily available. The location also offers easy access to the new Lynx light rail service.

Interaction with guests:
Please contact us through the Vrbo messenger and we will respond as soon as possible. Our guests may let themselves in with our smart-lock (no face-to-face interaction necessary). The hosts will not be present in this apartment, but we will do our best to make ourselves available in the event that you need us.

The apartment was exactly as pictured however the pull out couch and the mattress in the bedroom are very worn. The apartment is in a nice area and is close to many things downtown, but still have to uber there. The check in process was a complete nightmare. The instructions on where to find the lock box are unclear and fails to mention there are TWO garage entrances. The garage is a maze and terrible to navigate. Host responded quickly to answer questions

Came for a continuing education course, which was hosted just down the road at Atrium Health, so the location was ideal! This building is right along many walking trails, close to Trader Joe's and other restaurants, so I didn't need a car. The amenities in the building are beautiful; also, the gym, pool, and rooftop patio were amazing to have access to.

Excellent communications from host. Nice property conveniently located. Would have liked access to closet to hang our clothes vs the hook over the closet door. Seeing our clothes hanging reminded us how transient we were for the 3 nights.

Apt needs updating, new furniture and painting. Walls are all touched up with different color paint. Light bulbs out. Couch broken and very uncomfortable. Tv screen was ruined from cleaning crew wiping with wring chemical and tv remote hardly worked. There were scuff marks all over walls. Kitchen cooking equipment needs updating and no baking pans for oven. However apt building has great amenities.

Highly recommend this place! It was perfect for the two of us who had an event at the Bank of America stadium to attend. It was a straight shot and less than 2 miles away so we wound up walking. Great neighborhood, and spotted a bar & grill nearby that we wound up visiting on the way back. Having the visual aid describing where the fob and parking space was absolutely the best. Great place to stay and surprisingly roomy. As others mentioned, the mattress is pretty soft, but the area was quiet and we had no complaints.

Great city

The city is the highlight of this place. The walk ability was amazing for me and my daughter. Close to shopping and multiple eating spots and we never had to drive far to go to where we wanted to go. The apartment was clean and smelled very good, everything is well maintained. It was too cold to swim but the pool looks nice. Has a balcony overlooking the pool area with a small view of the top of one of the buildings but overall an amazing vacation.

The apartment building is very close to all parts of Charlotte since it’s close to the highway. At the same time, it’s a quiet and clean spot that worked perfect for our weekend visiting family.
