'We were going to a late UNC game, and wanted to stay overnight afterwards since we live 1.5 hours away. This property was affordable, fun and artsy, and we saw a deer!'

'The host was very personable and replied quickly to questions. The location is near the lake in a country setting. It was perfect for a quiet get away. The location even though in country setting is very close to Durham and Chapel Hill. The location was very safe. The cottage is bright and modern. Parking is plentiful. '

'This tiny house is lovely and does not feel tiny. The layout is smart…feels very spacious. It has more than enough room for 2-4 people. It is decorated very tastefully and is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom is pretty large, the neighborhood is quiet other than a nearby train track. The house is well built and insulated so you really don’t hear much noise inside. I highly recommend this house and would definitely rent it again if we come back to Durham!'
