Villa Guidi is a modern villa located a few steps from a sandy beach in Milano Marittima, on the Romagna coast. This elegant white villa is surrounded by a lush garden shaded by tall maritime pine trees and is spread over three levels connected by an elevator and internal staircase. It can accommodate up to ten people comfortably in five bedrooms. The spacious and contemporary interiors include two open-plan living areas, modern kitchens, a private gym, and a sauna. Outside, a terrace with a seating area and dining area for outdoor dining overlooks the lawn, pool, and heated hot tub. Restaurants, beach clubs and boutiques are just a few minutes' walk from the villa. With the bustling city center nearby and family-friendly attractions like Mirabilandia and Aquafan within easy reach, Villa Guidi is perfect for families or groups of friends.

Interiors:
The villa is spread over three levels, connected by an internal staircase and an elevator. GROUND FLOOR — Two bright open space living areas, each with living room, dining area and kitchen; a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR — A twin bedroom with joinable beds and en suite bathroom with shower; three double bedrooms, each with walk-in closet and en suite bathroom — one with shower, one with shower and whirlpool tub, one with jacuzzi; furnished terrace of about 75 square meters with seating area and garden view. BASEMENT — Fitness area with gym equipment, treadmill and exercise bike, located inside the garage; sauna; laundry room; bathroom with shower. Air conditioning (portable only in a room on the ground floor).
Park:
The villa is surrounded by a fenced garden of about 1500 square meters, with lawn and Mediterranean vegetation, including tall maritime pines. In front of the villa, in continuity with the two living areas, there is a terrace furnished with a dining table and seating area. The lawn extends to the pool area, where sun loungers are placed for guests. Three covered parking spaces and one outdoor parking space are available on the property. N.B.: Please note that photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located on the lawn, a few meters from the terrace with lounge area and outdoor dining area. Rectangular in shape and covered in tiles, it measures 9 x 7.5 m with a constant depth of 1.50 m; it is purified with chlorine and equipped with a large scale for entering the water. A heated hot tub is integrated into the pool. The surrounding lawn is equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
