« Our room had torn up carpet and smelled like dog pee in the room and in the hallway. Both beds were broken and made noises when just laying there trying to sleep. Our bathroom had some weird metal thing on it that was missing its components and it felt a bit grimy everywhere. I called the front desk when we got there to report the issues and there was no customer service from the worker. They said they are full so they cant do anything. It was fine, we managed but a sympathetic 'im sorry to hear...

« Great staff. Ok breakfast choices. Room not vacuumed. But I'd probably stay there again. »
