« Enjoyed our 3 nights in downtown Minneapolis at Hyatt Centric property. Room had nice, comfortable bed, very clean bathroom, bar and restaurant with access to various dining options via skywalk. If using restaurant on property, would not suggest asking for glass of water as you will be charged $3/glass. That was a surprise in our billing. »

« We went to visit our daughter in the North Loop area of Minneapolis and we stayed at the Element Hotel. The hotel was great - pretty, clean, great staff. It is right near the Target Field and Target Center if you are going to a game. The immediate area is a little quiet, but a couple block walk and you hit the busier area of bars and restaurants. Great location, would stay there again. »

« The man who checked us in on 8/30 was so welcoming and kind. He told us of all amenities and when he found out we were going to the baseball stadium, he told us of the shuttle. He also asked us how we were enjoying our stay every single time he saw us. 10/10 customer service! »

« My only complaint is no hot tub and the shower had a weird constant squeaking noise. Otherwise 10/10 would stay again. »
