'I showed up and they told me one of my rooms wasn't booked and the entire hotel was full. I had my confirmation right in front of me and kept telling her I had two confirmed booked rooms. She told me to call Expedia. After about 2 minutes of this and her manager does not answer the phone, me on the verge of tears thinking our trip was ruined, she simply said 'oh, I found it!'. This was after I'd called ahead to confirm payment stuff with them multiple times prior to arriving.'
