'No breakfast was in extrrnal place 15 min wait for a coffee'

'The hotel is in a good location, close to several restaurants and stores and walkable areas. The room looked different from what it does in the pictures and it had a smell. The walls and floors have stains and the "office center" is only one computer that wasn't working while I stayed at the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful.'

'When I arrived in my room, the bed was unmade and looked slept in. There were dirty towels all over the room, and visible dirt in the bathroom. I had to go back to check in for a new room, where no apology was given, but it was laughed off by the hotel staff. The new room had a TV that was incredibly dim and not usable. I was not impressed with the Eurostar, the Boxer.'

'Everything looked beautiful, and it was all very clean. The building was old, so there were some things that are old, but that gives it the charm. We parked at Copley Square Mall. '

'My husband and I stayed at the Pennyweight Hotel in Boston for a birthday trip to see a concert. I checked the website beforehand to make sure they had a restaurant bc we had limited time in the city. We sat around and waited until 5pm for the “restaurant” to open, only to be told that the ONLY thing they had to eat was a cheese platter.
