'In operation since 1771, amazing service, superb prices in the off season, great amenities on property and nearby. Particularly recommend Annie’s Restaurant for breakfast, 1 mile away? We had two rooms for two nights to visit nearby Old Sturbridge Village - less than 10 minutes away - and were upgraded from Motel rooms to main property rooms. Staff is amazing. Dining room is moderately priced at ~ $22/plate. Desserts were $8 to $10. Highly Recommend!'

'The hotel is in a nice and quiet area, and the hotel itself is very beautiful and well-decorated. It’s a bit outdated with older elevators and worn seats, but it still has an elegant feel walking in. The staff is friendly and receptive. Their mini store is not great, it’s small and there was nowhere to get plastic utensils except at the bar.
