Vind je ideale hotel in Centraal-Ohio

'New property so everything was very nice. Hotel Staff in particular were friendly and very professional. With the exception of the pitt boss at one of the tables in casino. We asked if he could help us get a new players card ..he grabbed my license..said yeah and tossed it on the table behind him never looked up..finally came back to us 10 minutes later..wow very rude ..but as mentioned he was the exception.'

'I have used the Cherry Valley Lodge, now the Cherry Valley hotel for several years. The hotel must be suffering from the lack of capital as the parking lot, sidewalks desperately need work, there are plants, weeds, or small trees, growing in some of the gutters at the top of the roof. I am told that food service is not that great. At one time the food was quite good. I had breakfast there three times and the food was filling and it was buffet style so I can’t really share much about the food....

'The self parking garage was closed without notice. Normally this wouldn't be an issue with valet service, however, the entire valet staff refused to park my car due to it being a stick shift. Therefore we were forced to park blocks away and walk to the hotel. When this was mentioned to the front desk they stated the valet service is a different company than the hotel and all they could do was comp breakfast.'

'There was no breakfast on my last morning there. Which is supposed to be included in the price I paid for. Rooms are decent but no microwave is included and there was no body wash in the shower. only shampoo and conditioner'

'A great place staff was amazing free breakfast room was clean and if you wanna get out of the hustle and bustle of the taproom, they have a bar right there in the hotel, which was perfect for an night cap. They also served fresh baked cookies and a beer between 7 and 9 PM.'

'Easy and cheerful checkin. The room and breakfast areas were very clean. I did not use the pool, but it look to be just as clean, and there were a couple families enjoying it! I would not only recommend it, I would stay here again!'

'Overall my stay was fine. Hotel a little dated but nicely sequestered back away from all the traffic. I could still hear traffic at night but did not bother me too much. Location was positive, close to shopping and food. The room could have used a deep clean. Overall it was fine but the curtains did not look like they had ever been washed and the remote needed to be deeply sanitized. The bed seemed fine and bathroom was well cleaned. Met my needs for a short stay. If you’re looking for something...
