'The hotel had been oversold, and they gave our room to someone else. I paid for a double queen months before but was given a small king room, so one person had to sleep on the floor. The woman working the front desk at check-in was rude and didn’t seem to be bothered that they had done this to us. The evening staff was far more pleasant and very apologetic. There were some signs of mold in the shower, but otherwise the room was mostly clean and reasonable. Breakfast was solid and surprisingly...

'The property is beautiful but I have to say the Mattresses on the beds were horrible and so were the pillows!! Did not get a good sleep the entire time I was there… I strongly advise they upgrade the mattresses and pillows!!! If not I would not stay there again…'

'The hotel is a little dated but the staff made up for it. Check in was easy and the man was very kind. Breakfast was delicious and staff were constantly cleaning and restocking the buffet. Very hard workers! The room was quiet and the pool was large!'

'There were a few HVAC issues with the room though the frontdesk and maintenance teams were prompt and courteous. Service was friendly albeit a bit slow as it seemed they may have been a bit understaffed. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable; no significant shortcomings. '
