Attempted to contact hotel via phone call and email however never got a response. Front desk did not seem to care when we arrived. Besides that everything else was good and staff attentive.'

'The hotel as such is very good, but the staff leaves much to be desired for. We chose this hotel because they offer a round the clock airport shuttle. We paid more for this hotel because of this service. When we checked in, we were informed that the next morning the shuttle wouldn't run for a while, but they would order a taxi (that we had to pay). At 6AM we're told there is no taxi available. In the end they had the shuttle running. We had to leave our luggage up to them. At the...
