'There was no hot water. Contact phone number was disconnected so there was nothing we could do about it. I assume the large house next to the rental was the owner so I knocked and rang, but no one answered. The microwave was pretty dirty inside. I also wanted to use the hot tub but could not find it in the dark. There is very little lighting outside after dark and no map of the property. 'The hot tub was not not usable for the duration of our stay as it was only 72F on arrival and didn't heat to a usable temp until the day of our departure. Disappointing since it was a highlight for our work trip. Would have been a nice pain/stress relief for the physical labor we were performing. But the place is nicely appointed with good kitchen and general space. '
