'This Holiday Inn is located in modern Tashkent city, convenientlylocated near the pedestrian streets directly behind the hotel with restaurants, cafés, etc. I do feel though, that it was overpriced for what you get'

'It is a clean hotel. The front desk wasn't always manned. The wifi stopped for a couple of days. Safe didn't work. The breakfast set-up is poor. Coffee and a restaurant are available during the day for a price. We only got our room cleaned once while there and had to ask for toilet paper, etc. Pillows are huge! Too huge to sleep. The AC unit gives off a crazy bright blue light that completely illuminated the room. Oh, and the bathroom water smells really bad from the drain. I'm making it sound...

'Everything was really good, especially the spa, but except for the breakfast buffet the restaurant had mediocre food and even worse service. I therefore would highly recommend staying at the Garden Hotel and Spa, but eating your lunch/dinner elsewhere. There are no restaurants within walking distance, but may really good ones 15-25 minutes away by taxi.'

'Das Zimmer war sauber und modern. Auch das Frühstück war großzügig und abwechslungsreich. Direkt gegenüber vom Hotel gibt es, in einem Center versteckt, einen Supermarkt. Der einzige Markel war, dass es kein Fahrstuhl gibt und man seine Koffer in die erste Etage tragen muss.'

'5-stars resort in the middle of West Tyan Shan mountains near large artificial lake. I stayed only one night but was pleasantly surprised by amenities (pool etc.) Very new, staff doing a lot and beyond. Surprisingly good chef in restaraunt- amazing desserts! Excursions available-it seems that they are well connected with local drivers. Highly recommend.'
