« This was a very disappointing stay. The person checking me was watching a movie on their phone. There were boxes laying around counter. My room was ice cold when I got in. It was also the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. There was a visible mess of wires coming out of the TV to the receiver box. But the absolute worst part was NO HAND SOAP of any kind in the room. The only soap available was the body wash in the shower. Extremely disappointing stay. »

« Clean room, friendly staff, thankful for the mini store by the front desk for snacks and stuff. Only complaint was no microwave in the room, super inconvenient. »

« Internet was not the best security level so I didn't use it for much. Food & wine were good, especially when snowed in due to blizzard. Room was spacious & comfortable. Workout room was great and appreciated. Exhibits around the premises were interesting. »

« We had to wait an additional 15 minutes beyond our 3 PM check-in time for one of our rooms. »

« We reserved a suite to sleep our party comfortably, all amenities needed were in the room. Plenty of luggage carts a key item we look for at all stays. »

« Our stay at the Hyatt was exceptional, we brought our grandchildren to swim in the pool on their spring break. The pool was very clean and the kids had a great time swimming. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! »

« Magnfique établissement, très Confortable, très bien équipé .., accueil sympathique .... dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre compte tenu de son tarif, de même pour le parking ! Et enfin de gros travaux aux alentours avec grue et route barrée ne nous ont pas été signalés au moment de la réservation et auraient justifiés un rabais... Rooftop agréable mais très bruyant. Néanmoins nuit très agréable ... et établissement bien situé ! »

« Staff was friendly but property is showing its age. Couches and flooring are stained, walls are marked up. Worst part is they don’t have soft closing hinges and doors slam hard morning and night. Breakfast is just ok. Stay in this area often for work and with 4-5 other properties right in the vicinity, this one will be out of the rotation until updates are made. »
