Hotelresorts in Cedar Breaks National Monument

'Spa was down, overall smell was musty, room smelled like bleach and tub was still dirty. Room was cramped compared to Ely, NV room with same number of beds. Staff was not very friendly.'

'First of all, when we entered the building we had a deja vu moment...(we stayed here in 2017) and nothing has changed, but that's ok iff it had the same qualities as back then. At least the room was clean, but in the bathroom we had no water in the sink, so we had to use the kitchenette for water. The refrigerators made a terrible noise, the air-conditioning made a noise like a plane taking off. We won't be staying here again.'

They promised us to clean the room today but no one had even been in the room all day, not even the beds were made!! We asked for a refund but they only wanted to give us a refund for 1 night, while we were in a dirty room for 2 nights.. we canceled our reservation completely and went to an other hotel that IS clean. The front desk people...

'Kind of a last minute stay. This had everything that we were looking for. Cozy location. Easy access to both mountains. '
