'Our short one night stay was excellent! Michelle is a SUPER HOST!! She had great communication and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The space is nicely decorated, clean and well supplied. Easy walking distance to a number of restaurants and the waterfront. Highly recommend for a quick stay or several nights! '

'Paid over $600 US for three people, decided to leave San Pedro earlier than planned due to harassment by hawkers, emailed Amelias explaining would not be checking in, told no problem, go to hotel in person before arrival date for full refund. Went two days before, was told by owners wife there was no record of my booking, no record of my payment or my name, the rooms were already re-rented, and to discuss it with her husband, who was out of country and unavailable.'

'Nice local home. Nice host. Good location to reach everything. Just careful about having food in the room as it attracts ants.'

'The cottage worked well for us, and Michael was very helpful - brought more spoons and water when needed etc. We liked the low key nature of Caye Caulker but having come from another Island where the children could play and swim freely, the pool at the cottage was too deep and coated in sharp concrete that caused grazes, and the only place to swim on the Island is the split where the music was so loud at the weekends- so I’d recommend for adults and backpackers but not really for children.'

'Bay towers has a great view of the sea. The night time breeze was priceless. You didn’t need a/c or a fan at night. There were 2 restaurants within walking distance. The Happy Lobster was fantastic! Hotel is on the north side of Caye Caulker and it’s very quiet. Would definitely stay there again.'

'Moody blue cottage was the perfect fit for us. If we come back to caye caulker, this is where we want to stay. Every thing about this property was great. Be sure to arrange snorkeling trip with Francis and wish we had known that we could arrange fishing with him before booking through a local company. He is very knowledgeable about the island and marine life.'
