'Nothing. Terrible staff. Unclean. They checked me out 1 day early and someone from the hotel absconded with my $58 in groceries. The didn’t care!!! They put all of my personal items in a large trash bag. I hope that the person that stole my groceries really needed them.'

'Decent option for economy choice, but overall bit run down. Our room had distinct dog smell and beds were kinda lumpy. Shower head was leaking and the faucet was weirdly loose (but worked). Pretty good breakfast! We didn’t use pool, but it looked okay. Not walkable area, except little convenience store, but about 10-15 min drive to a lot of things.'

'Great location as the hotel is right on the waterfront and close to restaurants and shops. Staff is always friendly and the room was clean.'

'I had paid on Expedia, but the desk clerk charged me again. I would usually notice, but was exhausted from being with family at St Vincent's. I told 2 other clerks and they said they were aware, but couldn't do anything about it. I am back home, no emails, out $224. A refund would be great.'

'Heel mooi hotel, schoon en grote kamers, maar helaas geen fijne lokatie. Er zijn veel daklozen in de omgeving. Alles om het hotel heen is dicht daardoor. Er rijdt wel regelmatig politie/beveiliging rond.'

'Location is to get to from freeway and within 10-15 min to downtown. Rooms and lobby are clean, lovely breakfast , great parking.'

'Self parking was available on-site in a basement garage. Very tight parking even for smaller vehicles. Being tired from a day of driving, I managed to scratch the side of my vehicle on one of the support columns. Apparently, on-street parking is available, but I would probably be uncomfortable with that, also.'
