« I would rate this hotel as superb with one major exception: the fan noise from the AC. On my second night I woke up and decided to download a decibel meter. It measured 87 decibels. According to AI this is a level that can damage your hearing if exposed for 8 hours or more. I'm a building professional, and I believe this is due to one of, or combinations of, three things: the fan is oversized; the duct is undersized; or the fan is not appropriate for this application. »

« Music plays until midnight, but you know this going in. The only really annoying thing is the room cards demagnetize very easily. I was carrying it in my pocket next to a credit card and it stopped working. Both mine and my girlfriends failed. They need to get a better system, rather than blaming us for having it next to something magnetic. Never had this issue at any other hotel. »

« This property is so beautiful and made me feel so comfortable as a solo traveler. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, the staff checking in were so freindly and willing to help. The overall vibe of the hotel made it really fun to come back to and just hang out after being out all day. My bed was always made by the time I came back and cleaned which was so nice. « The property fit our needs and was clean and comfortable. Our room was clean and quiet, and the view of the bridge was very nice. We ate breakfast at the restaurant twice during our 3-evening stay and it was good. The portions were generous and the service was excellent. We didn't use any of the amenities and didn't need parking so I can't speak to those items. Check in was easy and fast and everyone was very professional. « Tres bon emplacement a Portland, possibilité d’être à pied en hyper centre, personnel très efficace, pas de petit déjeuner, mais un excellent café et des cookies frais dans le séjour de l’hôtel le matin ! Excellent rapport qualité prix pour Portland. À noter : en restant 2 nuits, pas de service de chambre le deuxième jour, ce qui est un peu dommage..sans changer le linge, vider les poubelles et remettre de l’eau et du café aurait été parfait ! »
