'We’re Ace Members and stay here all the time, usually checking in between 3 & 4 pm. Although check in time is 4 pm, we’ve never had a problem checking in a little earlier. The last two times @ approximately 3:30 we were told there was not one room available. They have 340 rooms and we see the cleaning staff cleaning rooms at 9 am. So they were obviously lying to their us. There are other hotel/casinos that do this to their customers to keep them in the casino for a longer time. Not cool. We were...

'I've stayed here twice and both times were nice experiences in many ways. This recent stay had a few issues. The front desk staff person was pretty abrupt and not welcoming when I checked in. The restaurants are limited. I asked for my room service tray to be picked up and it never was. Just small stuff. The rooms are very nice and the Heavenly Bed is indeed heavenly!'

'Everything about this property and our stay was beyond amazing. As soon as we made the reservations, the property manager and staff started emailing me about special needs. THAT was amazing.
